Decent prom dress, sizing was tricky

Ordered a prom ball gown for my daughter. The ordering process was straightforward enough on the website. I picked a size based on their chart, but it still needed some alterations around the bust, which was a little frustrating. The material felt good though, not flimsy like some online stores. Delivery took about a week and a half to reach us, which was within their stated window, so no complaints there. I didn't need to contact customer service, so can't speak to that. For the price, it was a fair deal, but just be aware you might need to factor in some tailoring costs.

Honestly, for the price, the quality is really decent. I got a formal gown and was impressed, especially compared to some cheaper online places. It's not David's Bridal but also not the same price point.

For my order to Florida, it took about 2 weeks from when I placed it to when it arrived. Expect a similar timeframe I'd say.

It can depend on the dress, some of the more custom ones take longer. I think their website has an estimate for delivery times somewhere.

afaik, the first-time discount usually applies to non-sale stuff. I tried to use it on a clearance item once and it didn't work.
